DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! MYFAX, EFAX, EVOICE and any other entity owned by the parent company.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, providing no service whatsoever in return.There is an obvious top down culture of out and out fraud.May each and every principle and employee in this company reap what they have sown. May they be defrauded out of every single penny they have in, everything that they lay their hands to.

DO NOT USE THEM- REFUSE TO CANCEL ACCOUNT

As per their policies I called and cancelled TWICE (hold times both times are ridiculous!!) . Then proceed to email customer service and tell them this. They again tell me to call to cancel. I again state I have tried and refuse to do it again and that is why I am putting it in writing. They repeatedly send emails back to cancel via phone. Again wasting my time because their staff doesn't either know how or they are scamming people (MY ASSUMPTION AT THIS POINT) I called my credit card company to cancel my credit card so no further charges can be made. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and State Atty General and filed a formal complaint as well. I suggest everyone else do the same.

WORST Customer Service EVER and Fraudulent Advertising

I had to send a fax to a health care provider and wasn't able to get to a fax service in my town so I signed up for MyFax, thinking since they advertised a 30 day free trial that I could send my one fax and cancel the subscription. HA! Instead, they charged $10 to my bank 2 DAYS after I signed up and went back to the site to cancel my subscription. I called my bank and they investigated and reimbursed the $10. Today--4 weeks later--I get a phone call from MyFax telling me I owed them $24! I told the "customer service" rep in no uncertain terms that I would not be sending them $24 and that I reported their scam to my bank who agreed the charge was fraudulent. I have also written to the FTC as well.

RIP OFF

Signed up for a free trial. Given the card number. no use. called to cancel it. They send you an account blocked message. You will not notice it contains Account NOT closed in fine print. Due date your card gets debited. Get an Invoice from Ireland. it contains a global VAT number ( Any guess what it means ?). Rip off ! Wondering how and why people should do all these ! Customer service is a joke. All numbers busy ! manage to get one ! Still they will ask your credit card number for verification !!! Will say no trace of you cancelling the account. So insisted and remained on line till I got a cancellation mail from them.. Want to go through the ordeal and have money to lose TRY IT!!!

Don't do it

I signed up for a free trial months ago. Service didn't work. Months later's I realize they have been charging me every month for a service I never used. I sent them an email requesting cancellation. Month's later they are still charging me. I send another email to which they respond" for security purposes you must call. I called but couldn't get through because I didn't know the fax number that I never used. They charged me again. I email them again. They email me back to call again. This time I get through and after being held hostage on hold listening to horrible hold music, I am told that the will finally cancel my account. I told them I want my money back because I never used their service. Said they can only cancel my account. This is just a warning to people to read reviews, because I wish I had read them. If anyone has suggestions on how to stop these crooks from stealing money, please let me know. If I had actually used the service, I wouldn't complain, but I've been asking them to cancel for months while they continue taking money for a service they never provided to me.
