About five weeks ago month I called to request cancellation of my account. They were very nice and agreed to do it.

the next month the charge came again. Dealing with customer service is obviously a shell game, so I am calling my credit card to cancel.

I am obviously not alone despite all the b.s.

about trying so hard to provide good service.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! MYFAX, EFAX, EVOICE and any other entity owned by the parent company.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, providing no service whatsoever in return.There is an obvious top down culture of out and out fraud.May each and every principle and employee in this company reap what they have sown. May they be defrauded out of every single penny they have in, everything that they lay their hands to.
