Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

It should be easy to cancel an online service, but for some reason (read: in order to make it difficult to cancel in the hopes that you'll give up and keep sending money) it's not. You need to call customer service to cancel.

Then, if you're like me, you will be put on hold for 15 minutes, told repeatedly by a robot that your call is important, and then have the machine hang up on you.

Protip, in order to get it to work, I pretended to not know my fax #, pressing star instead as they allow, and then tell the rep who miraculously picks up now that you're not saying up-front that you intend to cancel, that you want to cancel.

Then after being bugged about reduced prices and other offers, it will finally work... hopefully.
