Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

As per their policies I called and cancelled TWICE (hold times both times are ridiculous!!) . Then proceed to email customer service and tell them this.

They again tell me to call to cancel. I again state I have tried and refuse to do it again and that is why I am putting it in writing. They repeatedly send emails back to cancel via phone. Again wasting my time because their staff doesn't either know how or they are scamming people (MY ASSUMPTION AT THIS POINT)

I called my credit card company to cancel my credit card so no further charges can be made.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau and State Atty General and filed a formal complaint as well. I suggest everyone else do the same.
