Just found out that myfaxcentral.com has been charging my card for over a year, even after I sent multiple emails to cancel my account. I stayed on hold to support for over an hour, with no-one ever answering my call.

The only phone number that they'll answer is for the Sales department.

When I spoke to Sales, I said the word "cancel" and got hung up on. When I called back, he pretended he couldn't hear me very well and transferred me back into the support black-hole, where I stayed on hold for another 20 minutes before giving up entirely.

This site is a scam, plain and simple.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $160.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No way to delete bank account information, Deceptive billing practices, Is a trap cannot cancel and will be charged, Website, Unable to cancel service.
