I emailed Myfax the day after I signed up to request that my account be cancelled. They offer no way of canceling the account online and I could not even find a phone number on their website.

They continued to charge me for several months, despite the written request to cancel the account. I called to complain and, while they now say that they will cancel the account, they will not refund the money paid for an account I literally never used.
I run an online membership site and we handle customer service very differently. I would not recommend using this service. At least do NOT sign up for their paid subscription. Find a company that will allow you to cancel online and look up the reviews in advance! I wish I had!!
