I try to live chat, email and call.

But can't to connect their customer service to cancel subscription.

I must request the bank to open the new credit card.

Monetary Loss: $30.

I didn't like: Could not cancel the Subscription and can't remove your credit card information. It is a trap

It took me 15 minutes of waiting to get through to someone. Making it extremely difficult and frustrating for the customer to cancel an account is a very *** practice and it exists for one SOLE reason: To squeeze an extra payment out of each subscriber. This company does not deserve ANY business whatsoever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
