Myfax Sucks
I just spent an hour on the phone with the worst billing rep in the world trying to get our service re-instated after they inadvertently shut us off. She did not listen to what I was telling her, kept putting me on hold for long periods of time, and at the end, I was so angry by the end that I decided it was not worth continuing to give them my business.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.
FYI, eFax and myfax are the same company so be warned.

They say that they have award winning service but not sure what the award is in! Been on hold forever and nothing.
I've currently experiencing the exact same situation. I'm on hold for long periods of time after simple questions.
Long story short, my credit card is being used to pay for someone else's my fax account and they can't figure out how to fix it, so I had to cancel the card and get a new one.
38 minutes on the phone now just to cancel the account.
