Myfax - Improper billing

I have been a Myfax customer for over 6 months. I only received faxes like 1 or 2 per month. This month I had to send 150 faces to my clients and they charged me 4 times 10 dollars totaling U $ 40.00 + U $ 10.00 dollars that I had paid from my monthly subscription. I feel injured, I feel robbed. This company is not serious. I do not recommend!

They make you call in and wait for customer support before you can cancel. There is no online cancellation, no chat to cancel, only call and wait. It took me 15 minutes of waiting to get through to someone. Making it extremely difficult and frustrating for the customer...
