Myfax - Security Issues
MyFax e-security is very risky. While it is good that they lock you out of your account for very few failed attempts to log-in (e.g., when you forget your password), when you call them for assistance, the rep on the phone speaking to you KNOWS YOUR PASSWORD, and requires you to confirm it verbally with her or him.
If you cannot confirm it, the rep will email your log-in credentials to you, INCLUDING YOUR PASSWORD, UNENCRYPTED. This is a serious security problem. Huge.
I can not imagine what they were thinking, but the rep I spoke with did not have a n understanding why this is a concern. VERY RISKY, IMO.

Preferred solution: You MUST secure your customer's passwords so NOONE can see them ... not you, not me, not anyone. I cannot believe your lawyers allow this (I say this as a lawyer as well as as a customer). Astonishing..
