Kept charging me after I canceled. Complaint made numerous times about lack of service or response.
Have to hire legal representation. We are trying to get this disaster of company shut down. Under no circumstances should you in any way engage with this company. The services don't work.
The customer service is rude when it exists at all, which it doesn't.
it is unclear if they have all of the proper licensing to operate in North America and could be a front for some illegal operation for all I know. As they are a Canadian company, this makes me not want to work with any Canadian Company's again.
