They make you call in and wait for customer support before you can cancel. There is no online cancellation, no chat to cancel, only call and wait.

It took me 15 minutes of waiting to get through to someone. Making it extremely difficult and frustrating for the customer to cancel an account is a very *** practice and it exists for one SOLE reason: To squeeze an extra payment out of each subscriber. This company does not deserve ANY business whatsoever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Simply googling their name will bring up thousands of hits regarding their cancellation policy, extra charges during the 'free trial' period that are never refunded. Those who attempt to cancel and they simply don't cancel their accounts...

have gotten chased by debt collectors from myfax. Ridiculous.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $20.

I didn't like: Could not cancel free trial, Is a trap cannot cancel and will be charged, Support staff.

totally agree. I need to cancel my credit card to stop myfax.
